Training Needs Analysis     
Training is most effective when an analysis has been undertaken to identify the gap in skills knowledge and areas needed for improvement. If required, help can be provided with this analysis prior to the training.

Training Evaluation
Once training has taken place, the benefit of the new learning can be assessed by evaluating the training - you can keep track of staff knowledge, ascertain whether the new skills are being used, identify training gaps and future training needs. Help can be given with this evaluation if required.
